Dermaplaning is a method of exfoliation that consists of using a gentle scalpel to gently scrape off the top outer layer of dull dead skin cells. This will reveal a smoother, brighter complexion. While removing all the dead skin cells, it also removes facial hair, also known as peach fuzz.
